IN PLACE is operated by NEXTINPLACE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Request account deletion

IN PLACE is the resident app for your society. To delete your account:

1. Open the IN PLACE app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Email contact@inplace.org.in from the email on your profile, or from any email if you mention the phone number on the account.
3. Use the subject Delete my IN PLACE account.
4. Include your name, phone number, society, and flat number.

We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile (name, phone number, email, and flat), booking history, and documents you uploaded.

Data that may be kept

Payment and invoice records may be kept for as long as tax or accounting law requires. Those records are not used to keep your account active.
